Terms of Service

Welcome to AceReid Photography! We’re glad you’re here and we can’t wait to work with you. Before we get started, we want to make sure that you understand our terms of service. By hiring us, you agree to the following terms:

Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your session date, unless otherwise discussed with photographer. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit.

Image Usage and Copyright: AceReid Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. We reserve the right to use any image for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and print advertising. If you have any concerns about image usage, please let us know before the session.

Model Release: By hiring AceReid Photography, you grant us permission to use your images for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your images used in this way, please let us know before the session.

Liability: AceReid Photography is not liable for any injuries or damage sustained during the session. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all individuals involved in the session.
